Vendors New & Returning
Thank you for your interest in being part of our market
We are excited to continue providing our area with a vibrant, consistent, and high-quality market experience for both our vendors and our community.
Our market operates on a seasonal structure (approximately 39 weeks), and vendor participation is designed to support consistency, organization, and a strong customer experience.
Vendor Participation Options
We offer two primary ways to participate:
Reserved Vendors (Monthly, Seasonal, Annual)
- Your space is held in the market for your selected time period
- Priority for consistent and high-traffic placement
- Designed for vendors attending regularly
Drop-In Vendors (Weekly)
- Attend as available
- Placement is based on weekly availability
- Ideal for flexible or occasional participation such as biweekly
- Ideal for early and late season attendance, holidays and wait list vendors
Commitment & Attendance
Reserved vendor options are structured to hold your place in the market, not just the days you attend.
- Reserved spaces are not eligible for partial or weekly payments.
- Missed markets are not credited or refunded
- Weekly attendance is not required, as we understand things come up and opportunities arise but your space remains reserved through your commitment
- Drop-in vendors are scheduled as space allows and may be contacted on short notice, payments are made on a weekly basis
Attendance Expectation: Reserved vendor participation is based on consistency, full payment and communication.
While we understand that occasional absences may occur, vendors are expected to provide advance notice if they are unable to attend.
- No-call/no-show absences are not acceptable within reserved vendor participation. Repeated occurrences result in removal from reserved status and placement priority.
Commitment & Placement
Consistent placement and priority within the market is based on current vendor commitment.
While we value and appreciate vendors who have participated over the years, placement is determined by participation level for the upcoming season rather than past involvement.
Vendors who choose a reserved option (monthly, seasonal, or annual) are prioritized for consistent placement and product balance within the market.
Vendors selecting flexible participation may still attend, but placement and availability will vary based on overall market needs.
Product Balance & Vendor Mix
We thoughtfully curate our market to maintain a balanced and successful environment for all vendors.
While some product categories naturally include multiple vendors (such as produce, plants, baked goods, and jewelry), we are mindful of overall product mix and avoid oversaturating highly specific or niche offerings.
Our goal is to:
- support vendor success
- maintain variety for customers
- create a strong overall market experience
Placement and acceptance is based on a combination of product type, market needs, and vendor commitment.
Market Conditions
We are a rain or shine market. Vendors should plan accordingly and come prepared for varying weather conditions, including rain, winds and cold. Weather reports are constantly changing, we do not cancel days in advance for a rainstorm. Our customers are loyal and depend on our vendors each week which means they still come out to support. Rain at your home does not mean rain at the market.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled market,
we ask for as much notice as possible. There are no refunds
Our Approach
Our goal is to create a market that:
supports vendor success through consistency
- provide a strong and reliable experience for customers
- balances flexibility with structure.
